Neuschwanstein Castle - Hohenschwangau, Bavaria, Germany

Neuschwanstein Castle was commissioned by King Ludwig II as a retreat. The castle was the inspiration for Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle.






Hohenschwangau castle, also built by King Ludwig II, is a neighbor to Neuschwanstein Castle.
